Welcome back Ian! Congrats Libby on the 4lb weight loss.

1. Drink 6 glasses of water yes
2. Eat within carb limit no--but not terrible
3. more fruits and veggies no
4. Exercise 4X yes

write no
clean kitchen BIG YES and tidied laundry room
figure out a way to make Christmas easier to handle

not too bad for a Mon.
