Hi Jenn and thanks for starting us off this week. My weight is 172 this morning down from 176 last week. Thanks giving and Halloween knocked me off my diet but now I am back to eating healthy. My next step is to get back to exercising regularly. Today I will get back on the dreadmill again as the weather is not so good.
