Was down half a pound after vacation--then started pigging out and was up 4.5 pounds. So now I am back on the ball and am only half a pound over what I was after vacation.
so it is back to writing everything down and keeping the calories in check. I have been doing my ten block walk every day since vacation. Have to see the doc for my heart Nov 5, so want to be down at least half pound more before then.
