Goals for the week
Drink 6 glasses of water: No but the day isn't over yet
Eat mostly fruits and vegetables: Yes
Under 1100 cal. per day: Yes
exercise 20 min 5X: M-30
Quilt an hour 3X: Yes
Knit 2X: No
Lose 2 pounds: Working on it.

It's going to be a challenge but also something to focus on.
I want to be 159 by Christmas.
