It's a great site for tracking the food you eat (and so, the calories). Also, your physical activity, if you add that in. Then, you can see if what you do with your diet accomplishes what you WANT to do with your diet. The visual stuff helps a lot, because it's kept as a record of your progress. It also is immediate 'feedback' about your choices.
