Your diet is your most important thing to get in check at this point........ most people are clueless .
You prolly ran out of fuel . I get sick if that happens. I eat 600-1000 cal of carbs/protein based meals before workouts and I only weigh 159.
Take the time to learn because the things you think you know will just hold back your progression.
Not sure if there is a way to look at my diet on here. If there is check it out. My intake is close to 3k per day but Im gaining.
