So tomorrow is my weigh day and I'm nervous that this will be the one where I lose nothing or even gain a little. When I get back to counting calories and get the scale moving in the right direction, I always see a lose for the first several weeks and then the dreaded week where I lose nothing or even gain a little. This is what usually derails me! I figure, I'm putting in all this work, blood, sweat and tears for what...I do all that and lose nothing! I'm trying desperately to change the way I think and moved past these frustrating weeks and hope there are 'losing' weeks ahead of me if I stay the course. I'm sure I can't be the only person who does this....right?

Short Term Goal - 136.6 lbs (31/Oct/14)
Current Weight - 136.4 lbs (10/Oct/14) Back to a healthy BMI!
Goal Weight - 114 lbs (aiming for March 31, 2015!!)
