Back to fit day
I used fitday and my own determination to lose about 50 some pounds 16 years ago. I gradually gained a large share of the weight back then had surgery and lost about 45 to 50 pounds. Now I have gained back at least 40 of that.
Also the doctor is very concerned about my high blood pressure. So it is back to fitday. I have been checking my diet carefully and have increased my daily walk by about 4 blocks a day.
My goal now is to get off the yo-yo, lose about 30 pounds and keep it off.
I am age 74, 5'7" weigh 193 down from 198 after two weeks back on fitday and keeping track of what I eat. I am taking medications for the blood pressure. Those are helping but my goal is to lose the weight and try to reduce the now required meds.
