Is there room for one more? I've been looking for an accountability thread to help keep me on track. Like many others here, I've lost and gained weight several times through the years. I always do best when I have someone to check in with. Someone in my personal life would be great, but I just simply don't have any friends who are trying to shed pounds (at the moment
). So I turn to my fitday friends for support. I have a little more than 10-15 lbs. to lose...I think? My end goal is 110 lbs. but I haven't weighed that in many years, so I'm not sure if that is too low for me. I guess I'm aiming for somewhere around 110-115 lbs. so pretty close to 15 lbs.
Becca, I'm a Friday 'weigher-inner' too. I'll be sure to check in with you on Fridays!
Megan, so very sorry to hear of all the loss in your family. I hope you have many fond memories of your loved ones to hold onto and to reflect upon when you're missing them.
