Default Motivational Thread Starting 9/23/13

Good morning everyone! I've been seriously lacking in motivation lately so maybe it will help if I start!
Goals will be simple

1. Drink 6 glasses of water
2. Exercise 4X for 30 min (shouldn't be too hard as I have to do yardwork)
3. Eat sensibly
I won't do specifics ie fruits and veggies and such. I know I haven't been eating enough of them

Personal goals
1. pack up books for rummage sale
2. write more
