My week started out terribly. I ate a candy bar last night. It was sitting there and instead of having yogurt and raspberries or something I ate it. I also drank a little bit of regular soda early in the morning yesterday. Did not make it to the gym...had some exciting things come up that couldn't wait. Hope to make today a better one.

1. Gym 3x M-n,
Increase steps each time
Work on endurance, distance
2. Less Caffeine M-y
3. Log food M-y
4. Lose 2 lbs. by end of week

Start (1/9/14): 276.8
Goal (4/21/2015): 125 - 140
Current: 254.0
