I talked to an exercise coach this morning, and he set some goals with me for the next month. Increase steps/day with an ultimate goal of 10k, work up to getting to the gym at least 4x/wk. Walk at a speed of at least 3.5mph for as long as possible (hopefully up to 20 minutes in the next couple weeks). So those are the goals I will be working toward. I don't know how many steps are in a mile for me, so I'm not sure what to put as a goal for that until I get to the gym with my pedometer and test it out.

1. Gym 3x
Increase steps each time
Work on endurance, distance
2. Less Caffeine
3. Log food
4. Lose 2 lbs.

I bought Crystal Light last night. I am going to start replacing my diet soda with that to see if getting off caffeine has any effect on my weight loss.

The only goal I have right now is to get my ass in gear and get the scale moving the other way!
