Ask your health care professional first before doing any exercise. I like kettle bells. Exercises with Kettlebells - Prevention.com a great routine comes up that my doctor recommended to me. It works arms, abs and everything between and is fun and short. Ask your doctor about if this would be right for you and what weight to start with. I started with a five pound kettlebell. I love it.
