I do the same exact thing...I eat really well during the day, and then when I get home from work (around 3pm) I get so bored that all I do is snack on stuff. What sucks about it is that I snack on decently nutritious food, but I eat A LOT of it. Like yesterday, I ate a huge bowl of frozen raspberries with Cool Whip Free on it...and then I had two slices of whole wheat toast with peanut butter. It just goes on and on! I can't stop.
I then sit there and wallow in self-pity, thinking about how horrible I am, and how fat I'm going to be if I don't stop pigging out. And then I eat some more. I'm starting to think I need therapy lol.
On the flip side, at least I know that what I'm doing is wrong...maybe that will motivate me to knock it off!
