Day 9 Quick Update
Forgot to mention, yes, you do go to the loo/bathroom a lot. I keep an eye on the colour of my urine to make sure it is very light and that I'm not getting dehydrated. I also take a chewable multi-vitamin in the morning. I think this is important.
Just for the girlies: I started my menstrual cycle today and have to say I forgot I was due to start. I've had no symptoms of PMS at all. No cramping, no bloating, no moodiness, no craving carbs or chocolate. Usually the day before my period I crave cheesy pasta or potatoes and chocolate. Have to say this is a nice side effect!
