Life Lantern: I am eating a low carb diet for diabetes. I eat mostly natural
unprocessed foods, no dairy, wheat or artificial sugar. I do eat lean meat, poultry, and fish once a day. I rarely eat desserts or snacks except for the occasional piece of dark chocolate and cashews. My calories are low and so is my energy. I have decide to seek the help of a personal trainer to help me get fit and then maybe I can increase my calories as well.
