I am told that in some parts of the world the large meal is the first meal of the day. I know someone who practices "supper for breakfast" and she swears by it.
This week I had green smoothies everyday and I have been finding it kinda boring but I get 4 servings of f and v for breakfast so it works out. I won't do it long term though.
