Trying to stay positive and not bring the group down, some stuff is in white.
This will be a hard week for me. I'll have a funeral to attend and I'll have to dig deep within to not send someone to the hospital. I'll have to remember that there's a time and place for everything.
My goals will be basic.
Health and Fitness
1) Lose 1 pound
2) Drink 100oz water/day
3) 3 fruits/veggies/day
4) Workout 3 times
5) Keep Calm and don't get arrested
6) Write 2 policies
7) Two RAK's (not knocking someone's teeth down his throat WILL count as one RAK, considering he is deserving of it)
