Good morning all.
Ian: Thanks for starting us off.
Robin: You can do it.
RS: Keep your chin up. Better days are ahead and congrats on a pound loss.
Mern: Glad to see you back and congrats on great grand daughter.

I did fantastic last week and am down to 171.6 Whoo Hoo.
My goals are:
170 by the end of the week
3 fruit and 4 veg every day
8 glasses of water
exercise every day (even if it's just twiddling my thumbs and deep breathing)

My surgery is on Thursday morning and for the rest of the week I will be flat on my back drinking Glucerna and water and any thing else the guys bring me. Stay positive
