How to calorie count
It is easy to track how many calories you eat when you have the "Nutrition Facts" box on the back of your food. But can someone help me out with counting, or estimating the calories of foods made by self or foods ordered at restaurants for instance? Is there a specific way to count the calories, or.....? Help me out here, please? I appreciate it.

Calorie Counting
For eating out, I go to the restaurant's website and pull the nutritional facts from there and then enter into the custom foods area. As for recipes I make at home, I use
You can create a free account and then create your own recipes and it calculates the nutritional facts for you. Once you have an account there is a tab for recipe calculator.

Luckily I've found two restaurants that are among my favorite ones and offer to tell me the nutritional facts of what I ordered or like to order if I ask. However, those two are the only ones that offer such a service for me...
