Thank-you all for the warm welcome. On day #3. Yesterday was easier than I thought. I was aware of what I was putting in my mouth for the first time in years. And after gardening for 30 min and a 20 min walk...ugh! It will get easier, I know. Drinking 6 glasses of water instead of coffee and iced tea helped me lose my first 3.0 lbs!!! I really have to get my drive to exercise. Will look at zumba DVDs today.
