RenewedSoul: My usual water intake is 1L a day. The 2 liters are quite a stretch most days. I think maybe if I tried it again I would aim for 1.5. It's not hard when I keep the 1 liter water bottle on my desk.

Goals:
1. Weigh, measure, and record everything eaten T=Y, W=Y, Th=Y
2. Keep calories at 1400 T=1711, W=1450, Th =1480
3. Two liters of water per day (to wash away all that vacation salt and sugar) T=1L, W=2L, Th=1.5L
