Hello Elmo39, glad you are back. Hey we are almost the same in our goal and timeline, how cool is that?! May we both succeed and help each other to succeed. My toughie is food, I exercise a lot and enjoy it...but then I eat. I am logging my food here on fitday because I just don't if I leave it up to me. I like the nutritional explanations as I enter each food, it makes me feel healthier somehow LOL
I am only weighing once a week, so we will see soon how I am doing.
