Default Healthy diet

Here are some diet tips which will definitely help you to get balanced diet:
Avoid eating junk food.
Follow your regular diet; avoid eating extra spicy, oily stuffs.
Include leafy vegetables in your food. Having simple but nutritive food really help.
Start eating stuffs which are full of proteins and vitamins. You can have food items such as chicken, eggs, fish in your diet.
Eat seasonal fruits.
Milk is great source of protein. Include milk in your diet.
Don’t eat much at one time. You can take your food after interval of 2-3 hours.
Drink adequate amount of water.

1.Drink plenty of water or other calorie-free beverages.
2. Be choosy about nighttime snacks.
3.Take Low-Fat and Fat-Free Dairy Products.

Actually, we can eat anything we want provided that they are all healthy and in moderation. If you think too much protein is not good for you or let say carbs then cut down those, also make sure you eat more vegetables than meat and carbs. It is important also to indulge on fruits because they are also important. Instead of drinking soda why not treat yourself with water,water,water as it is more beneficial than any other drink. Don't forget that water has its cleansing effect.

"geoffreydunn12" is right as said that water is more beneficial than other drink even. The tips given is very valuable for everyone. make sure to take care seriously.

Eat less high-kilojoule foods

The total amount of energy-dense (high-kilojoule) foods you eat may be as important as the total amount of fat in your diet. To reduce the energy density of your diet, you need to increase the amount of plant foods, such as wholegrain breads and cereals, fruit and vegetables that you eat.
