  2. Workout every day (>200 min/wk): 70, 0, 60, 10, 0, 60, 20: 220
  3. Calorie Deficit -250 cals / day: -459, -223, -572, +12, +308, -193, -523: -236
  4. At least 3 Vegetable portions a day: 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 3, : 2
  5. Sugar less that 40 grams / day: 51, 64, 55, 45, 27, 17, 37: 42
  6. Cholesterol < 200 mg/day: 221, 131, 165, 311, 39, 290, 354: 215
  7. Protein > 50 mg/day: 90, 58, 68, 75, 47, 61, 83: 69
Did pretty good this week, although my overall results don't look that great. Worked out, kept my calories fairly low (~ 1350), and even did pretty good with my sugar habit. Did a bit of a cholesterol binge after I had blood drawn for a cholesterol test on Thursday - should get the results back next week.
