This smoothie is the perfect fix for when you're craving pumpkin pie.

1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
3 Tbsp walnuts
1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
2 Tbsp flaxseed meal
2/3 cup canned pumpkin
1.5 cups water
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp all spice
3 ice cubes

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. For a thicker shake add less water or more ice cubes. Try this recipe at your it's really yummy.
