Default Motivational Thread Starting 7/29/13

Good morning everyone! Can't believe July is almost over.

Goals for the week
1. Keep within carb limit
2. 6 glasses of water
3. Exercise at least 3X for 30 mins
4. 4 servings fruits/veggies

A reminder to myself
Don't get discouraged by number on scale!
