So in terms of lightening up: 2.4 pounds so far. A little nervous cause DD wants Asian food tonight - it's a mom/DD night. And Asian food is LOADED with sodium.
Went to the gym for the first time in a looooooonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng time, man am I out of shape. No cardio vascular endurance at all. New goal: go to gym 2x again this week. Mern, you inspired me. You have to wriook to eat a minimum? No prob here; I seem to be eating for you haha.
