Hey folks! Sorry I flaked out the second half of last week. With my friend in town, we just got busy and whatnot. My eating wasn't awesome, but I was expecting that and that's okay. We did manage to get in exercise and even some running, so it worked out okay.
Let's see, what shall my goals be this week... I'm gonna think about it and report back, I feel like maybe I should shake things up a bit.
