Why are you taking flax oil...is it for Omega 3.....reason I am asking is that I am taking fish oil and it is flavoured, for my Omega 3. It is not yum but it is bearable.
When I use flax, I use meal (ground flax), and add it to stuff (like smoothies) which makes it invisible.
Well, that fat flush water seemed to be doing nothing. I started it Sat. Then today, well, something really weird and far too gross to describe happened and it must have been the water. Because everything else was the same.
