Artificial sweeteners/Sugar free...
I just can't use them. I am so thankful that I'm not diabetic and don't have to, because they make me want to vomit.
Is there anyone else out there like this? What are some tips on dieting without them? No matter what people say about "not tasting the difference" I can taste the difference...always.
