  • Cholesterol < 200mg: 64, 155, 175, 109, 115, 275, 122: 145
  • Calorie deficit every day: -1065, -505, -352, -387, -396, +400, +362: No ( Average: -277/day)
  • Workout > 150 mins/wk: 65, 15, 60, 10, 15, 0, 0: 165
Made half my goals, and did well on calories. Need more vigilance on the weekends.
