  • Cholesterol < 200mg: 64, 155, 175, 109, 115, 275
  • Calorie deficit every day: -1065, -505, -352, -387, -396, (approx +400)
  • Workout > 150 mins/wk: 65, 15, 60, 10, 15, 0
