My doctor just got back from her maternity leave. As of today, I am 142 lbs. (from 196 on February 15, 2013, and only 12 lbs away from a healthy range BMI), no longer have any signs of diabetes or pre-diabetes, and am no longer hypertensive.
In February I wore size 22 or 24 jeans. Now I wear a 10. My collar bones are visible. Yippeeee!!
