I've only been on here since May of this year, so you wouldn't know me, but... I'd like to say welcome back!! I don't know about you, but even in the last 6-7 weeks of using this program, its made a WORLD of difference. When you actually see all of your exercises, and foods/calories flat out in front of you, its easier to see where you need to tweak. I love that they have sites like this. I lost 10 pounds in 6 weeks and feel so much better, its amazing. Now just want to maintain weight, but burn a little more fat, and build a little more muscle. What are your goals?
