Default medical issues in the way

I have a lot of problems with my back and my joints that prevent me from doing any exercise that is high impact or stressful. I can't do push ups, sit ups, run, jog, or weight lift because of the problems with my body. Anyone have any suggestions for exercise that will help me lose weight and become fit?
