I was going to go eat and exercise but then after editing my goals saw your post.

Welcome back to you, too! It is easy to become lax when we don't have doctor appointments staring us in the face. I always seem to get back on the wagon before my A1C in time to get my blood sugar back down to normal. Kinda juvenile, but I have to admit it.

Thanks for posting your goals. I am a veggie lover but haven't been eating enough veggies lately. I'll add that to my goals.
