Default Fitday Premium

I purchased the Premium Fitday and have no access to it. Can anyone help???
I received the message from [email protected] with the link to upgrade my free account. It provided the Premium account key and the link.
The link only takes me right back to log in. There is no place to enter my upgrade key and when logging in, my account is still at the free account level with all the ads and limited access.
I have tried everything! I sent a reply email asking for assistance but no reply yet.
HELP!

ok...yes, I am confused. I paid for a Premium account so why would it not be a premium account?
