Your well wishes mean a lot to me. Today went much better and if I stick to water this evening I won't have to adjust my calories for the day. I wish I could join in on the 10k challenge but I have to wait till I get the all clear from my doctor. Till then I'll keep my calories in check. Keep up the good work every one.
