Default I'm having trouble setting my calorie goals

I tried to set my goals, but it told me I can only eat 683 calories per day -- not sensible, so I changed that to 1200 minimum, but I don't understand how to read that chart.

I just want to know how many calories I have to burn while eating 1200 calories per day to reach my goal. Can someone please help explain the chart to me? I went through the intro, but it still doesn't make sense.
