Resistance Bands

From there, you can do a variety of lower body exercises that will help to strengthen your glutes and enhance your core strength. Given how lightweight it is, it’s another that’s very easy to pack and take along with you.

Skipping Rope

Finally, to help get that cardio work in, try a skipping rope. Skipping ropes are great in that they can provide a very high-intensity cardio workout and can be easily packed in any purse, briefcase, or travel bag.

All you need to get skipping is an open space and a good pair of running shoes, so this is one piece of exercise equipment you don’t want to miss out on.
