Permanent weight loss can be difficult to achieve if your eating patterns fluctuate from day to day and week to week. This is often a problem when people go on highly restrictive diets to lose weight. When your diet eliminates one or more food groups or allows barely enough calories to make it through your day, the tendency is to feel lethargic and deprived.
