6 Ways to Start Dieting Today

5. Find a Buddy

It is a good idea to get a buddy when you start dieting. You can get a family member or friend to join you when you're working out, or join a weight loss support group in your area. A buddy can offer valuable support and encouragement when the going gets tough.

6. Exercise Regularly

Regular exercise is an indispensable part of a successful weight loss program. It can help you burn calories as well as improve strength, coordination and overall health. According to experts, it is better to exercise in the morning, because a busy day may force you to skip your exercise session.
