Need a little motivation to up your workout game? Whether it be beauty, style, health or fitness that you're searching for, Instagram serves as a one-stop shop of endless inspiration, as some of our favorite celebrities share various aspects of their lives on the social media platform.

And, lucky for us, they happen to also share their workouts.

Ellie Goulding: Boxing is a great way to get a full body workout as it improves total body strength as well as improved body composition — not to mention you get a great cardiovascular workout — and Ellie Goulding is a fan. She shared a video on Instagram of herself sparring with the owner of Equilibrium Total Balance.

Serena Williams: Serena Williams is a professional athlete so it should come as no surprise that her Instagram is filled with fitness inspiration. In recent weeks she shared a video of herself during tennis practice (and even when pregnant she is total fitness goals)!

Demi Lovato: Demi Lovato is a great spokesperson for body positivity, but she also treats her body with respect and regularly works out. She often posts photos of herself in workout gear, but more recently she seems to be interested in fighting.

Jamie Chung: Long walks on the beach might seem like a romantic cliche, but it's great to get outdoors and stroll along the beach — something which Jamie Chung seems to like doing. And we can all do this, even if we aren't mad about fitness.

Britney Spears: Britney Spears is in great shape, and she's not afraid to share her secrets with the world. Earlier this month she posted a video of herself looking like a complete fitness pro as she worked out in a crop top and shorts before her show in Hong Kong.

Karlie Kloss: Karlie Kloss often posts photos of her toned body and she's all about fitness — after all, she is the face of Adidas by Stella McCartney — and if you need some inspiration to get in shape, her latest yoga pose is bound to be just that!
