Returns and Refunds


To obtain a refund, you must adhere to the following guidelines.

  1. All returns must be pre-authorized by Cyser Software, Inc. ("Cyser") as described below. Your right to obtain a refund lasts only for a limited time. Your request for a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number (described below) must be made to Cyser within 30 days of the purchase date, and Cyser must receive, at its offices, your fully completed and signed Statement of Software Destruction within 35 days of the purchase date. No refund will be made until the Statement has been received by Cyser, or if the time requirements described above are not met. Cyser is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail, delays for downloading, or other communication system delays.

  2. Products not purchased directly from Cyser must be returned to the place of purchase (Web store, etc.) and are subject to the return policies of the place of purchase.

  3. To receive a refund for software purchases from Cyser, you must obtain from Cyser a Statement of Software Destruction (described below), and complete and return the Statement to Cyser. You must also destroy all copies of the software you may have made or stored in any place, as well as uninstall the software from any computers owned or controlled by you where you have installed the software. Once you have returned the Statement of Software Destruction to Cyser, all licenses you may have to use the software will be immediately terminated, and any further use of the software will be an infringement of copyrights as well as other intellectual property rights.

  4. All Statements of Software Destruction must have a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number issued by Cyser clearly displayed. To receive a RMA number, complete the online RMA request form. You must provide sufficient information for Cyser to be able to identify your transaction, such as the order number and/or date of transaction for your order. If Cyser is able to identify your order, and the request is made within the timeframe discussed above, you will be sent a RMA number by email.

  5. After receiving a RMA number, print the Statement of Software Destruction. Fill out, sign, and date the Statement. Then mail the Statement to:

  6. When Cyser receives your properly completed and signed Statement of Software Destruction within the timeframe discussed above, Cyser will provide a refund to you of the amount you paid for the software plus refund any appropriate taxes charged with that order. Cyser will not refund any shipping or handling charges that may have been charged to you. Refunds will be made in the same manner as you purchased the product. If you purchased by check, Cyser will send you a check, so please be sure we have your mailing address. If you purchased by credit card, your credit card account will be credited. If you purchased by company purchase order, your account will be credited.
