I’ve used FitDay.com on and off for years. Early January 2011, I started using it daily and I managed to lose 70 pounds (so far)! I love the macro-nutrient break down graph; it really helps me plan what I need to eat for my next meal. I track my activities as well as the food on FitDay.com and I went from walking with 30-60 sec bursts of running to running 13 miles! I’ve now completed two sprint triathlons as well. I plan to continue using FitDay.com to lose a bit more and to keep myself on track. Thank you for a great product FitDay.com. The first picture was from October 2010. When I started out on my shedding pounds, I was a mother of 1 who tipped the scales at 308 pounds. I was never active in my life, I avoided exercise at all costs. I ate what I wanted, when I wanted & I ate the amount I wanted. All of this contributed to my weight. I started walking with my husband and then we joined our local YMCA. I met a trainer who saw the spark in me & pushed me to believe in myself. I started tracking every calorie that I consume on FitDay.com & workout 6 days a week. I have lost a total of 105 pounds. I hadn't heard about FitDay until a little over a year ago. I use FitDay.com every day to keep track of what I eat and to see my progress. It really is a big motivation for me to see my weight loss chart results.

I started using FitDay.com on August 8th, 2011 in order to lose weight for our wedding on October 9th. I lost 20+ pounds in those 2 months. I started the first 6 days with a massive cutdown of my calories (cleanse). In the following weeks, I continued cutting my daily calorie intake while still burning at least 500 calories a day working out.

I have lost 52 pounds. With eating healthy and exercising and there is no stopping me! I am currently training for a 5k and then next summer I will start training for a half-marathon. I started out at 334 pounds and am now at 282 pounds today. I hope to reach 230 pounds by mid-May 2012. I eventually hope to get to 175 pounds with the help of FitDay!
