I have been using www.fitday.com for about seventeen months now. It was recommended by my personal trainer for a way to track everything I eat during the day. Since I'm at a computer all day, it is easy to log on and enter in what I'm eating. I like to see how my calories add up and where they are coming from. I think fitday has a great database of foods. I'm glad I was introduced to this weight-loss tool.

I lost 55 lbs in less than a year using fitday to keep track of what I ate and how much I burned when I worked out. I was overweight as long as I could remember. I now enjoy an active lifestyle and I am always trying new things. I started using fitday.com when I weighed 215lbs…I had never tracked my food before and needed an accurate way to see how many calories I was consuming in a day!! What an eye-opener. I now weigh 129lbs, and still use fitday almost every day. My focus has shifted from weight loss to lowering my body fat. I became interested in weight lifting and use fitday.com to track my protein and carb intake (macros) in order to get the most out of my food intake!
